Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at ravingaesthetics@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it. For damaged items, you have 10 days from the delivery date to request a refund.
Returns/Exchanges
At Raving Aesthetics, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Custom items (such as personalized or special orders) and personal care goods (like beauty products) are non-returnable to maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and quality. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions before purchasing. Refunds
To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. For damaged items, please email a photo of the product to ravingaesthetics@gmail.com.
Once we’ve inspected your damaged item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at ravingaesthetics@gmail.com.
